Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchased ONLINE, you may return it, unused, for a full refund, within 120 days. We charge no restocking fee.

Items purchased IN STORE can be returned within 25 days for a full refund; after 25 days your refund will be issued as store credit.


• ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY SALES RECEIPT OR ORDER NUMBER.
• NO RETURNS ON USED MERCHANDISE.

• For public health and sanitary reasons, we follow a no-return mask policy.

• Clothing cannot be worn and needs to have tags attached.
• Defective merchandise will follow its manufacturer’s warranty policy.
• Charge refunds will be processed as soon as the returned merchandise has been received by us.
• All gift items need to be returned with the proper box, instructions, and adapter/hardware.
• Returns on converters and adapters after 10 days cheerfully accepted for in-store credit.
• No returns on monogrammed merchandise.
• Please mail your merchandise back to us via UPS or USPS (insured mail), and enclose your packing slip, order number or copy of receipt.
